  • To assist the Security Manager in ensuring a secure environment for employees, guests and hotel premises and property. To enforce anything related to Security, Fire Safety and Workplace Safety and Health.

  • To assist the Reservations Sales Manager in directing & supervising the activities of the Reservation section.

  • To manage, lead, direct and train the Reservations Sales Officers and Executives in the daily, 

    weekly and monthly operational tasks which support the hotel sales and operational needs.

  • To ensure maximum room utilization when monitoring room allotments.

  • To handle all correspondence promptly and prepare statistical data when required.

  • Taking over the daily task if the Reservations Sales Manager is absent due to some reason.
