Spend a leisurely Easter Sunday enjoying our specially curated menu featuring classic roasts, seafood on ice, live egg and pizza stations, and a poolside barbecue! 

At the heart of the Easter experience is of course the interactive meet-and-greet with Syrena, Singapore’s first mermaid, who returns to Verandah with interactive storytelling, and photo opportunities.

Alongside dedicated kids’ activities, and access to the kids’ pool, Easter at Verandah will keep little ones engaged while parents relax and indulge in a sumptuous feast.

  • Roasts & Meats: A selection of premium roasts such as 75°C slow-roasted Côte de Boeuf with Yorkshire pudding, Garlic Mustard Stuffed Bone-in Leg of Lamb, and Sakura Pork Tomahawk.
  • Poolside BBQ: Outdoor grill highlights such as Smoked Paprika Chicken, assorted German Sausages, Beef and Chicken Satay, grilled Nyonya Squid Bakar, Chargrilled Sambal Prawns, and Balinese Grilled Sweet Corn. 
  • Egg Station & Live Counters: Elevated brunch favourites from Poached Eggs with Burnt Hollandaise and Trout Roe, to Ham & Cheese Omelette with Crème Fraiche and Avruga caviar, to a la minute Margherita and pulled Wagyu beef brisket wood-fired pizzas. 
  • Seafood on Ice: A generous selection of Boston Lobster, Poached Tiger Prawns, Pearl Conch, White Clams, and Half-shell Scallop.
  • Desserts: Easter treats such as Egg-shaped Pavlova with Lemon Curd, Classic Carrot Cake with Cream Cheese Frosting, ice cream and our ever popular chocolate fondue.
