Momentus Hotel Alexandra welcomes the Year of the Horse with a grand celebration of abundance, vitality and prosperous renewal! Inspired by the theme of “五谷丰收喜迎春” – a celebration of bountiful harvest and new beginnings – Verandah Rooftop Rotisserie invites families and friends to gather for a grand feast to kick off the year with vim and vigour.
CHINESE NEW YEAR BUFFET DINNER
Revel in the joyous mood of reunion and celebrate the festive occasion as you partake in a hearty reunion feast in the cosy rooftop settings of the restaurant, overlooking the infinity pool and panoramic sunset views.
Kick off the feast with two auspicious dishes - Golden Lava Cheese Baked Lobster and Braised Eight-Head Abalone, served tableside for your enjoyment. Indulge in our festive highlight dishes taking the spotlight this year: Vanilla-Scented Crackling Pork Belly and 14-Day Shio Kombu Butter Aged Angus Ribeye, and delight in a smörgasbord of auspicious delights at the all-you-can-eat buffet spread prepared specially for the Chinese New Year at Verandah Rooftop Rotisserie.
Adding to the dramatic flair of the festivities, is our exclusive 'Sha Pi' Roast Suckling Pig, which will be served only on Chinese New Year’s Eve and the first day of the Chinese New Year.
