This December, the flavours of Spain return to Verandah Rooftop Rotisserie with a vibrant celebration paired with signature Christmas roast carvings, and takeaways to extend the feast beyond the table.
Christmas Buffet Lunch

Start with a seafood-on-ice spread of poached prawns, pearl conch and white clams, cured salmon crudo, and a live pasta station, then make your way to the rotisserie centrepiece: Truffle & Chestnut Stuffed Dry-Aged Poulet and Grain Mustard Glazed Honey Baked Ham with grilled pineapple and cranberry sauce. Accompanying you is a hearty spread of slow-braised beef cheek, baked whole salmon fillet, live mussels with chorizo, and garlic prawns. End the meal on a sweet note with Spanish Crema Catalana, Pavlova with Wild Berries Compote, Red Velvet Yule Log and more.

Begin with a welcome glass of Sangria de Bienvenida, before working through king crab legs, half shell scallops and white clams on ice, wood-fired pizza, and a line-up of Spanish-style mains. Feast on Cochinillo (Spanish Crispy Suckling Pig with Patatas Bravas)*, Rosbif (21-Day Dry-Aged Wagyu Rump Cap), Costillas de Res (Grilled US Prime Short Ribs on Hibachi), and Cordero Asado (75°C Slow Roasted Whole Lamb Leg) — served alongside Valencian Seafood Paella, Galician-style Turbot and Chargrilled Octopus with Crispy Brussels Sprouts. Sweet endings include Spanish Crema Catalana, Snowman Pavlova with Winter Berries Compote and more.
