GHA DISCOVERY is a loyalty programme centred around you, helping you savour every occasion, at home or away. It is also a part of the world's largest alliance of independent hotels with 40 brands and 800 over hotels around the world.

You are able to access an electronic version of your GHA DISCOVERY membership e-card on your online account, or the GHA DISCOVERY mobile app*. Your membership number is all that is needed for recognition on your next trip. For dining privileges, please present your e-card. There will be no physical membership card issued.

There is no expiration date for the membership. Membership tier is based upon a rolling year for new members, then on the calendar year thereafter.

An eligible stay is a qualifying rate paid by a registered member at a participating Member Brand Hotel. A “Qualifying Rate” is a rate available to the general public for a room night. Qualifying Rates are determined by GHA, in its absolute discretion and may change at any given time, without prior notice.

“Eligible Rates” shall not include, without limitation:

1. Third party online retailer rates or “OTAs”, such as Expedia.com, Booking.com, Hotels.com, Orbitz.com, Priceline, Travelocity.com, etc.
2. Tours series rates and charter rates
3. Room rates for airline staff and crew where rooms are pre-booked and paid for by the airline or directly
4. Travel-industry staff rates
5. Other discounted rates
6. Any complimentary, free, traded or bartered night stays, or any stays in connection with gift certificates or other awards or vouchers

Reservations made under an ineligible rate category do not qualify for benefits like room upgrades and welcome amenities. These member benefits are typically extended to members who are booked on an eligible rate.

GHA DISCOVERY members earn D$ during eligible stays on net eligible spend. Earning will range from 4% to 7% depending on the tier level. D$ are credited to the member's account one (1) to two (2) days after check-out.

Please note that the amount of D$ earned is rounded down to the nearest dollar amount, with a minimum earn of D$5. This is the value that will be reflected in your member dashboard on www.ghadiscovery.com and the GHA DISCOVERY mobile app.

A member can redeem their D$ on net eligible spend when they stay on an eligible rate. D$ cannot be used to pay any tax and service charges. Simply apply your selected D$ amount to your bill at check-out as a form of payment. Please note, D$ transactions must be for a minimum of D$10.

D$ can be applied toward your room, room upgrades, late check-out, dining, spa treatments, Experiences or other eligible costs you incur during any of your stays at eligible hotels.

Local Offers are exclusive offers and promotions available to GHA DISCOVERY members only, with or without a stay. Members can purchase Local Offers by any accepted payment type such as credit card, cash and/or D$.

Experiences are authentic, memorable and unique activities that provide members with opportunities to learn about themselves by exploring the world around them. They are available to our members with or without a stay.

Members can purchase Experiences either by paying with standard payment types such as credit card/cash, D$ or a combination of both. Members also earn D$ when purchasing Experiences.

It takes approximately 48 hours after your stay has concluded for the nights, eligible spend, and stays to be awarded to your account and reflected on your member dashboard on www.ghadiscovery.com and the GHA DISCOVERY mobile app.
