About the Hotel
Does the Hotel provide free Internet access?
Complimentary Wi-Fi is available in rooms and around the hotel. To connect, please enter your details as prompted on the hotel's Wi-Fi login page.
Is there a swimming pool or a gym in the Hotel? What are the operating hours?
The Hotel offers a 25-metre infinity pool located at Level 7, and is open daily from 7.00am to 9.30pm for hotel guest use. The gym is open between 7.30am to 9pm.
Can I park my vehicle at the Hotel?
All guests may park in the adjoining carpark at Alexandra Mall. In-house guests staying a minimum of one night in our club rooms and suite at our hotel are entitled to receive a complimentary, single-use parking pass daily (on a per room per night basis). Additional passes may be purchased accordingly from our front desk.

Is your hotel family-friendly?

Can the Hotel assist to arrange local sightseeing tours?
Our Concierge will be pleased to assist you in booking a tour package of your choice during your stay.
What pin plug and voltage do you use in your rooms? Does the Hotel provide free international adaptor?
Our rooms are equipped with a universal socket that accepts various types of electrical plugs. The voltage in Singapore is 220V/240V, 50Hz.
Please contact Guest Services for assistance on adaptors and transformers.
Are there computer and printing facilities in the Hotel?
We do not have a Business Centre in the Hotel. However, for basic printing requests, the team will be delighted to assist. Charges may apply for advanced printing services.
Are laundry services available at the Hotel?
The Hotel offers laundry, dry cleaning and pressing services. Laundry items submitted before 10.00am will be returned on the same day, whilst submissions after 10.00am will be returned on the next night at 7.00pm.
To submit articles for laundry service, please complete the laundry form in the wardrobe and place your laundry in the bag provided. Please contact Housekeeping and a colleague will be there to collect it shortly.
Is this a pet-friendly Hotel?
Pets are not allowed on hotel premises, except for certified service animals. Please consult our team if you have any queries.
Smoking Policy
With 'smoke-free Hotel' we mean that all our hotel rooms are non-smoking. Guests are not allowed to smoke inside the hotel room. Designated smoking areas that are available around the premises.
Can I leave my luggage before check-in or after check-out?
The Hotel offers luggage storage for guests staying with us. Our Concierge Team will assist you upon arrival.

Do you provide shuttle service from the airport?
Unfortunately, airport shuttle service is unavailable. Should you wish for us to arrange for a private airport limousine transfer, please indicate this requirement during the reservation process. Charges apply.

Momentus Hotel Alexandra is approximately 10 minute's walk away from Commonwealth MRT station.

Hotel Reservations & Payments
Do I need to pre-pay for my reservation? If so, how do I do it?
For certain packages and promotions, pre-payment may be required during the booking process. Please proceed to input your payment details upon the creation of the booking.
Are government taxes and service change included in the pricing?
Rates are subject to prevailing government taxes and service charge unless otherwise stated.
All "From" rates are indicative of lowest available rate and rates may fluctuate.
Room Deposit
A refundable cash deposit of S$100nett per night is required for incidental charges, subject to deductions on miscellaneous and incidental charges.
Payment Types
We accept cash payments in Singapore dollars, and also accept VISA, MasterCard, AMEX, JCB, China UnionPay and Alipay/WeChat. Payment in cash can be done at the hotel as well.

What are the Hotel's check-in and check-out timings?
Check-in time: After 2.00pm (Local time)
Check-out time: By 12.00 noon (Local time)
Is early check-in or late check-out available?
All early-check-in or late check-out requests are subject to availability, we will try to accommodate based on the availability of rooms.
Minimum Age
Minimum Age for Check-in: 18 years old
Maximum Occupancy & Child Policy
The total number of occupants in a room shall not exceed 3 adults, or 2 adults with 2 children, at any time. Children under 12 years old stay for free with existing bedding. Limited cots, playpens and extra beds are available for select room types and are subject to availability.
What are the types of bedding configurations available in your rooms?
Our guestrooms are equipped with either two single beds or a queen bed. Suites are equipped with king beds as well as a sofa bed.
What are the available room features and amenities?
Other amenities include towels, shampoo, body wash, conditioner, body lotion, dental kit, cups and glasses, electrical kettle and emergency torchlight. Minibar amenities are available with charges. Bath tubs are available in select Premier guestrooms.
Do you have rooms where we can open the windows for some fresh air?
None of the rooms in the hotel can be opened. All rooms feature full-length, floor-to-ceiling windows.
Do you have wheelchair accessible rooms?
Yes, we have limited ambulatory accessible rooms, subject to availability. These rooms are equipped with grab bars in the bathroom, lower bed and switches, roll-in shower stalls, wider bedroom and bathroom doors, and emergency call button or phone. Kindly inform our team at point of reservation so we may make the necessary arrangements for your arrival.
Noise Policy
The hotel enforces a No Party Policy to ensure maximum comfort for all our in-house guests. Any person found to be creating excessive noise and disturbance, having a party or exceeding the maximum allowable occupancy of the room will be asked to leave the hotel without refund. Unregistered guests are not allowed in the room after 9pm.
No Durian Policy
For the consideration of other guests, kindly note we do not allow durians on hotel premises.
Restaurant & Bars
What are your restaurant meal times?
Breakfast is served from 6.30am to 10.30am
All day dining is served from 12pm to 10pm
What is the operation hour for your Room Service?
Room service is available from 6am to 3am.
No consumption of food from outside the hotel
Kindly note that food from outside the hotel should not be consumed within the hotel's restaurant or bar.
Age Limits
Children aged 5 and below dine for free at Verandah Rooftop Rotisserie
Children aged 6 to 12 years old will be charged child pricing (where applicable, eg Verandah Rooftop Rotisserie)

Meeting Rooms & Event Spaces
How many meeting rooms and event spaces do you have?
Our meeting room is a modular function room that can fit up to 140 guests, with modular partitions that can be used to break up the space into smaller functional spaces to suit the event requirements.
The al-fresco pool deck is also a favourite venue for poolside solemnisations and outdoor celebrations.
